Our Administrators are experienced office managers in dermatological settings. These are the faces of those that you'll most interact with when scheduling an initial office visit for assessment or when coordinating your subsequent visits for repeated treatments.

Susan Schaffer
Susan, also bilingual (Spanish/ English), is the nurse coordinator of the Cosmetic Center. She oversees the dermatology resident’s schedules and the other nurses schedules in addition to maintaining the office inventory. She is a native of Miami and loves the city. She attended Florida International University where she received a bachelor’s degree in science and nursing. She has been practicing nursing for over five years now, but has also worked for Eastern Airlines and other service oriented jobs. She is currently relishing in her newly wed status and new job as the head nurse of the Cosmetic Center.
