The University of Miami Cosmetic Center is a leader in the area of clinical research evaluating the safety and efficacy of cosmetic products and procedures. We have performed over 40 clinical trials in this area and currently have many ongoing studies. We have a cosmetic patient roster of over 5,000 patients and work in tandem with 15 dermatologists at the University of Miami who in combination have over 100,000 patient visits per year. Because of these, we are known for our ability to quickly recruit patients. We are also frequently sought out to do clinical trials because of our attention to detail, our numerous resources, our experience, and our ability to quickly publish study results.
