MYOBLOC is the first new botulinum toxin in more than a decade that provides exciting benefits for both physicians and patients. MYOBLOC, botulinum toxin type B, is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed solution that comes in three convenient vials.

Because of MYOBLOC's unique formulation, physicians have great flexibility with it and do not need to designate certain injection days. In addition, consumers can be assured that they are receiving a fresh vial each and every time.

It takes physicians approximately 10-15 minutes to inject MYOBLOC depending on the size of the area treated. No anesthetic is necessary, although some patients do prefer a topical numbing cream.

Most patients notice little to no pain during treatment and describe the feeling as a slight stinging sensation that quickly subsides. Immediately after being injected, patients can resume normal activities with no down time.
